Any purchases made after December 12 will be included in the February 2027 issue.

Once you've made your purchase, submit all your materials according to the specifications listed with your feature (photos, word count, vendor list).

Depending on the package you selected, here’s what we’ll need:

• Photos: High-resolution (300 dpi at approximately 5"x7"). These are typically easy to obtain directly from your photographer. Please don’t send low-res previews, screenshots, or prints.
• Write-up: A short story or description (max 350 words). Submit as a .doc, .docx, or Google Doc.
• Vendors: A list of up to 12 vendor credits.
• Additional details:
  • Names of the couple exactly as they should appear (e.g., “Garrison & Morgan”)
  • Wedding date
  • Wedding location
  • Photographer(s) name(s)

Note: You must own the rights to your images or have written permission from your photographer to share them. Images and content may be used in San Diego Magazine’s print, digital, or social media platforms.

Yes! Our design team will send you a digital proof. One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions will incur a $50 fee per round.

The issue will be released on January 29, 2026, and will be available to subscribers and on newsstands throughout San Diego.
